The massage services provided on these premises are performed exclusively by self-employed massage practitioners who independently rent the massage rooms from Deutsche Eiche Gärtnerplatz GmbH. Each massage practitioner is an independent sole trader, operates on their own account and under their own responsibility, and is neither an employee, agent nor representative of Deutsche Eiche Gärtnerplatz GmbH. By booking a massage appointment, a contractual relationship is established solely between the guest and the respective massage practitioner. Deutsche Eiche Gärtnerplatz GmbH is not a party to that contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deutsche Eiche Gärtnerplatz GmbH accepts no liability for the nature, scope, quality, duration, pricing, content or other terms of the massage services provided, nor for any claims relating to damages, refunds, contractual disputes or any other disputes arising between guests and the respective massage practitioners. The sole role of Deutsche Eiche Gärtnerplatz GmbH is to provide and rent the massage rooms to the independent massage practitioners.
