WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A FIRE ALARM

Dear Guest,

We have taken precautionary measures to prevent the occurrence of a fire. Nevertheless, please observe the following rules:

  • Upon your arrival, please locate the nearest fire extinguishers, observe the emergency exit routes and note the location of the fire alarm switches.
  • In case of fire, you will be alerted. Most importantly, remain calm. Use the available exits and follow the instructions of the hotel staff, the fire brigade and the police. Close your door, but do not lock it.
  • If you should discover a fire, please raise the alarm and alert staff. If possible, take action to extinguish the fire, but do not risk your personal safety.
  • If all exits are blocked by smoke or fire, do not leave your room. Close the door and stuff wet towels under all doors to prevent smoke from entering your room. Call for help.
  • Do not use the lift!

Important:

Many fires are caused by smoking in bed, so please be careful.
